That’s amore with a back story to make you think of Italy and the beautiful streets at night, right? Uccello’s Ristorante isn’t your typical Italian fare. Behind the magic is a man by the name of Faro who had opened his first pizza shop back in 1978 but then moved his family back to Sicily after nine awesome years. Fate somehow was in our favor in Grand Rapids as the man returned to open up Uccello’s right off of East Beltline back in 1996 with the goal to reacquire the Faro pizza brand successfully. There’s even happy hour here, too. There’s nothing better: drink and Italian food!
