The HOPE Program opened in 2003 and has helped well over 13,000 people since to buy a home starting with a credit score under 500. The HOPE Program has also helped tens of thousands of more people buy a home with 550, 580, or 610 credit scores by helping them to get above the 640 score needed to qualify for down payment assistance.
The HOPE Program is available to any US consumer and consists of two programs; the Credit Ready Program to get your credit ready for home buying, and the Lender Ready Program to prepare you for a home loan.
